Testimonial for Leah LaHue
My wife has left her testimonial, but Leah left such an impression on us that I felt the need to add my words in support. Leah was so helpful to both of us, not just my wife. She was an advocate in times of stress, a coach through times of pain, and comfort in all of the slow, stressful waiting that comes with a birth. Her skills, knowledge, and ability to build a relationship with the nurses (and with in-laws!) and her ability to identify where she can be helpful and then just do it leave no room for criticism. Our son's birth was an amazing, terrible, amazing night - and Leah was an important part of getting us through it and helping us find the bright spots. If we ever have another kid, we will tell Leah before we tell our family and friends!
