Jill was beyond personable and at the same time very professional and honest. She was very clear on her scope as a doula, which is super important to understand going into it. She provided the comfort, confidence and support that my husband and I needed from someone with so much experience in welcoming babies into the world. We are so happy we crossed paths on this crazy journey and we wouldn't have wanted anybody else. She was kind, understanding, compassionate and direct, which fit us perfectly. She and my husband were instrumental in helping me process what had happened that very quick "day" (9.5 hours from the first contractions and 13 hours from losing the mucous plug and we had a baby!). We are so glad she was part of our birthing experience even though it didn't go as "planned". She had great follow up care with phone and text with myself and my husband.
