Our experience with Amy Lentner for prenatal, L&D, and postpartum doula support was excellent. It was very helpful to have someone consistently with us in the lead up to our due date to discuss our preferences, think through options, and raise questions. She was always supportive and non-judgmental, and was very easy to get in touch with through email, text, and calls. She helped me through a long unmedicated, induced labor with counter-pressure, suggesting positions, and general moral support; our L&D nurse also happened to be a doula, and she commented that Amy was one of the best doulas that she had seen in the delivery room. During postpartum support, she helped us get the hang of basic baby care, which we absolutely needed as sleep-deprived first time parents. She also provided much needed baby care during an overnight when we needed sleep, as well as during a few nights out to allow us to feel like adults again. She was always very flexible in scheduling, and she was very mindful of helping us keep our baby healthy in the height of cold season. I recommend her services without hesitation.
