Bianca got me through it! Looking back on my pregnancy and birth, I'm proud of myself for being confident and trusting my gut. I owe that to Bianca. Since the day we signed together, she has been there for me by providing support, resources, and recommendations. She helped me through a difficult time in my pregnancy in which I was flagged for fetal growth restriction. She constantly reminded me to trust my gut, advocate for myself, and eat well. During early labor, she provided support by constantly checking in via text and call, and recomending ways to progress labor safely. When the time came, we met at the hospital. She was calm and confident and quickly got to work providing the ambience with low lighting and aroma therapy. She helped me through contractions and into new positions I would never have thought of. I was in my own world at this point, but her voice guided me through. She included my husband, who was terrified, but now looks back fondly and proudly. She was great with the nurses, and it was nice and important to me to have someone there who knew my plan, what I wanted, and how to get us there. She's been so supportive after the birth as well, answering questions, and providing recommendations. Overall, I'm so, so glad I had Bianca on my team!
