Jacqui was a lifesaver when I was postpartum with our son in 2022. She helped me immensely with self-care and breastfeeding. As soon as I reached out to her, she facetimed to help me within 24 hours and drove over an hour to our home within days to help us. This was amazing, especially during such an important time when my milk supply was coming in and was starting to dip due to latch issues. Jacqui was like a warm hug during a challenging time when we didn’t know what we were doing. She is so easy to talk to and was so caring, helpful, calming, and just an amazing, validating listening ear. She instilled confidence in us as new parents and gave us so many resources. If it wasn’t for her, my breastfeeding journey with our son would have been very different because we would have had to give up much earlier. Her encouragement and advice truly kept me going. She helped me boost my supply with supplements and a pumping schedule, taught me helpful latch positions, the importance of bonding and skin to skin, and helped us navigate through my c-section recovery and our sons multiple oral ties before and after his procedure. She gave my husband a lot of helpful guidance as well. Jacqui frequently checked in with us and was a lifeline for months. She supported our goals and really helped us achieve them.
