Working with Molly was one of the best decisions I could've made in my pregnancy journey and I will eternally be grateful our paths crossed. From the moment I met her, I felt a true connection and a pure willingness to get to know me and my desires around my birth. She became my safe space helping me through this process and letting me lean on her when needed. I felt safe enough to be vulnerable and comfortable opening up to her, sharing my fears with her, and my questions and dreams. I admired how knowledgeable she was and how supportive she was in any and all decisions I made. At first, I thought I was hiring someone to advocate for me and be my voice, when in reality I needed to be my own advocate. Molly gently gave me the courage to seek that within myself and I emerged better because of it. While complications and difficulty came with my birth, I felt strong enough to speak up for myself and because of that I walked away from a birth that didn't go quite as intended nor planned with grace knowing I did the best I could have given all the circumstances. One moment I'll hold close to my heart was when I was in the throes of my birth and my eyes closed, someone gently and loving grasped my hand to help me through the moment. Knowing my husband had been holding my hands, I had assumed it was him, but after a moment realized it was Molly. She grasped my hand so lovingly I could hardly tell the difference. Again, one of the best decisions choosing to work with such a passionate individual and I hope to one day work with her again! Thank you so much, Molly!
