I had planned to have a home birth and instead had a 72 hr labor that resulted in me having to transfer to the hospital. Eileen was my non stop advocate and calming voice amongst the chaos. She helped me achieve the vaginal birth I still desired amongst everything that was going on. She was my #1 advocate through the transfer process that I didn't expect to face. She packed my hospital bag because I wasn't prepared to have to go. She kept me calm and positive even though I was having a nightmare of a labor. Eileen was there for a majority of the 72 hours. I truly couldn't have done it without her!
