Saphren was an invaluable member of our pregnancy and birth team. My husband and I were expecting our first child and were unsure of how to navigate our way through prenatal care and birth planning. Saphren provided us with so much information that we were missing and helped us find prenatal classes, midwifery care, and plenty of research backed resources for us to utilize. All of our conversations with Saphren left us feeling more informed, empowered, and confident. During my scheduled c-section, Saphren was there at every step to explain what was happening and what to expect. While the surgery team was focused on the procedure, Saphren had all her focus on me and was able to really guide me through the process and keep me present- she also took a number of photographs and videos that I am so grateful to have to remember the experience. I truly feel looking back that having Saphren by our side made all the difference and greatly improved our entire pregnancy and birth experience - I cannot recommend her enough!
