Having Nicole as part of our team for the birth of our first child was the best decision we made. Being first time parents, we weren’t sure what to expect or how best to prepare for labour, but after our 3 at-home sessions with Nicole leading up to labour, she left us feeling confident and knowledgeable for what was to come, along with all possible outcomes/procedures/choices that we may have come across.
During our 3 at-home sessions, Nicole came prepared with detailed presentations and educated us on a variety of topics. She’s extremely detailed and took the time to understand what our individual needs were throughout the entire process. We also had the ability to message or call Nicole whenever we had questions or when we eventually needed her to come to our home once labour had started.
Not only did Nicole provide support for the mother, she also ensured that I (father) was supported during the labour.
