From the first time I talked to her on the phone, I instantly had a wonderful connection with her. During our in-home consult, she completely put me at ease and answered all of my questions. From physically putting me at ease (swaying with me, rubbing my back, squeezing my hips, etc.) to mentally preparing me for the next contraction, she was an absolute angel.
