Jen was a lifesaver for the nighttime care of our newborn grandson when my daughter needed to be readmitted to the hospital for a week following her delivery. Jen was friendly, warm, responsible, knowledgeable and compassionate. She recommended a formula change (switching to enfamil gentlease) which was exceedingly helpful in eliminating our grandson's gastric distress. She brought us different nipples to try, taught us how to swaddle, and kept notes on how each night went that she shared with us in the morning.
