Liz made my pregnancy journey more than memorable, she was part of a network of doulas who understood the marathon of pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum care. Liz was always available to answer questions, and address concerns or just for general support as it pertained to the whirlwind of pregnancy and postpartum. My husband and I took her Spinning Babies Class which ended up being extremely informative and left us with the tools that we felt were needed to ease pregnancy related pains and discomforts. When I say Liz goes above and beyond for her clients, she braved a snowstorm in early March 2023 to help with delivery and after-care of my son, she helped coach, and reassure my panicked mind that my body was made to do this. Bonus, she even took beautiful photos of my labor/delivery. She saw me through my postpartum care and did so with grace, compassion, and a vast amount of knowledge.
I would utilize Liz again should we find ourselves expecting again, and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any other expectant mothers-to-be!
