Hiring Liza as our doula was one of the best decisions we could've made for our second birth. With our first experience, I was forced into an emergency c-section that left me with a lot of trauma, both physically and emotionally. My VBAC experience was nothing short of amazing, and I truly have my experience with Liz, as well as our other doulas, to thank for that.
