I recently gave birth in Germany and Franciska was my remote doula as I needed an English speaking one. She was so helpful in preparing me for the birthing process, hospital stay and now the postpartum period. She helped me make informed choices during the birth and counselled me during my hospital stay when the post birth phase got too overwhelming. She is also a mother and an Ayurvedic practitioner. Her knowledge on herbs was particularly handy in the healing of pelvic floor. She was considerate, respectful and understood each one of my wishes and that was very important for me when I was looking for a doula.
