Whether it's a friend telling you about the products you must buy or the birthing practices you'd be wrong not to follow, or your parents telling you about "how it was when you were born" the sheer quantity? is enough to make an already very overwhelming experience seem ?insurmountable. And that's before the baby even shows up?!
