From the moment I met Elora I felt the support I knew I desired during my pregnancy and birth. I was looking for someone to hold space for me and she did that in more ways that I can count. Elora was my pregnancy and recovery's best investment. If I had an interest in a topic, she had a book for it. If I had a question on something I wasn’t sure about she always had the answer and usually had an experience share. I saw Elora’s passion for not only birth but mothers in our community in so many ways. Many of our candid conversations showed me how her heart holds space for women and birthing the way they see fit. In or out of the modern system. I felt comfortable with her ability to guide us through the safest route even when it was not what I originally desired. Having Elora support me through a c-section was not my original plan but having her there to be my soft space to land made every blow of my rough pregnancy much easier to handle.
