First off, when you decide to hire Eden, know that you are hiring someone who is incredibly professional. She has clear and strong communication skills, and most times is able to anticipate a families needs before they are even asked of her. With this said, upon arrival to our home she would check in with me and my family, would then prioritize care and tasks in a way that we saw would work best. It is obvious that she has studied and practiced many different care modalities and is able to customize her care secondary to this. The meals she prepares are delicious to the whole family and nutritionally dense for a healing mother. Your home is cared for as if it is her own; for example, there was hardly a trace that she has been in the kitchen except for the yummy smell and the countertop being freshly cleaned and tidy. As for baby care, I can not imagine a more capable, loving and nurturing woman to care for my newborn. She shared her vast knowledge base of infant care when needed, but never did I feel “pushed” in one direction or another. When my baby needed its tongue tie released it was Eden who went with me to the doctors office and held my hand and heart while our sweet son was having the procedure. She was able to help with post tongue tie care and ensure we were making good progress. Eden is incredibly talented and bringing her into your home will be one of the valuable decisions you make after having your sweet baby.
