As a second time mom, I wondered if I would need a Doula again? Well, the answer was YES! Unfortunately, I had to be induced this time around. I still wanted to have an epidural free birth, but I wasn’t sure if I could do that because of the Pitocin. Sure enough, thanks to the amazing support Sherrica offered, we made it! When Sherrica arrived, it felt like a weight was lifted off my chest and my guardian angel was there! She helped me move through various labor positions and helped me breathe through those intense Pitocin contractions, which were harder than I imagined.
