Both as a doula and birth class instructor, she provided information and support to help my labor be the safest and best experience possible. She helped my husband learn to advocate for me and for our family while I was in labor and she supported him in being active during my labor and delivery. We learned about pain management techniques, nursing and postpartum resources, and so much more. Alycia was also professional, kind, knowledgeable and honest.
