I am confident I would have chosen to get an epidural at some point in my 19-hour labor if she hadn’t been there providing acupressure and advising positional changes. It was an intense (and very painful) experience, but now that a few weeks have passed and my recovery has been smooth, I can say I'm glad I stuck with it and got the unmedicated birth I wanted. Jenny was present and attentive every step of the way, for both me and my husband.
