She has a calm and kindness that is so helpful is those stark sleep deprived nights. She is knowledgeable and offers so much sage advice, always backed by evidence, without being pushy. She always respected what we wanted for our son and was very helpful and sweet. I'm honestly sad she's no longer part of our routine and it's not for the sleep!
