That's just as true in the lead up while developing a birth plan as it is in the delivery room, where she tirelessly provides the guidance, support, and distractions that you need to get through the process. Our experience was markedly different and much more positive and enriching because she was there. It's hard to believe that anyone else can provide a more meaningful and rewarding experience.
