Steph is a GODDESS. An actual goddess when it comes to all things birth support. After feeling completely shocked and overwhelmed with labour and birth with my first babe, I wasn't exactly looking forward to the journey with my second. Not only did Steph help my husband and I maintain the emotional energy we wanted throughout, she also had techniques and physical manipulations that made a massive difference in my physical experience of birth. Don't get me wrong, it's still insane, but her guidance for different positions and her massage during waves of intense sensation made all the difference to me.
