The moment Alyssa and I sat down for coffee, I knew I had found the doula that I wanted to be by our side at birth. She was everything we were looking for and more! We connected very quickly on our outlook of birth, raising children + our faith, which are all very important things to my husband and I. Even though my birth didn’t go the way I had hoped and planned, my husband and I couldn’t have gotten through it without her by our side helping guide us as first time parents. We will forever be grateful for her voice in the moments when we didn’t know what we wanted and her willingness to step in when she knew we needed her to.
