Anna Ash helped to guide me throughout my pregnancy as well as post partum, answering my never ending questions. For example, she would demonstrate stretches that targeted pain I had when pregnant and even pain afterwards from the epidural I received. She gave me lists of foods that would help my milk supply and even all natural treatments for postpartum hair loss and stretch marks, which I experienced. She was always positive and eager to help me. I've never met anyone so patient, kind, friendly, and helpful! So happy I got to experience her doula work first hand.
