Lily was my doula for my September birth. she was truly so amazing from the prenatal appointments to the postpartum appointments and even after! The prenatal appointments are informative about birth and she gives you tips on labor pain management and labor progressive movements. During the labor and delivery she would guide us through the waves. she even gave me a leg and foot massage! Lily was such a huge support during my delivery. I couldn't have had my non medicated birth without her. The postpartum visits are amazing! She gives full body massage, bath time, and makes you tea.
