It was great getting to know her during several meetings (in-home & virtual) prior to the birth, and she was incredibly responsive especially when we needed her during the actual labor itself. Her portal is full of informative resources as well. I had a pretty quick birth, and Jenn made it to the hospital in time for the pushing phase and stayed after the birth to ensure we had a proper latch for breastfeeding, questions answered, etc. Will definitely reach out to Jenn again should we decide to have more kids in the future.
