Nicole helped my partner and I feel prepared and equipped for an unmedicated birth, and helped us immensely during and after the actual birth. We learned new things about coping mechanisms, birth prep movement, breathing techniques, advocacy, and breastfeeding (even as a seasoned nursing mother). Our baby ended up needing a post-birth emergency transfer to the NICU, to which I couldn’t go along since I needed to wait to be discharged. Nicole stayed by my side the entire night and morning while my partner was with our baby at the hospital. She went above and beyond to comfort me, advocate for us, and continue caring for us in the weeks following the birth. We can’t recommend her enough.
