A friend introduced me to Rachel and I'm so glad she did because Rachel turned out to be my post partum angel.
I had a rough labor and was really struggling emotionally/physically. Rachel joined us when my son was a little over a month old and she immediately brought me the calmness and comfort I needed. She fed both my tummy (I still think about her risotto and banana bread!) and my soul. I always felt heard and that she was invested in my little family. We worked through breast feeding challenges, tried different healing techniques for my body, and she was always supportive in various baby concerns (gas, sleep, etc).
Rachel stayed with us until my son was around five months old and I was bummed when our time came to an end.
I've recommended Rachel to a number of friends and would absolutely love to have her help if I decided to have another child.
