Where do I even start with my experience with Lizzy! She was one of the first people along my journey with my second pregnancy to make me feel so safe, heard and validated. I had a difficult first pregnancy, miscarriages and some anxiety in general about going through it all again but with lizzy I felt like no matter what came my way I had a wonderful support system. She came over and we had a blast together making a birth plan, she showed me exercises and even helped me when my baby was breech for weeks on end. It was her recommendation for acupuncture that finally got my baby flipped in time to avoid another c-section. Though my labor happened faster than anticipated she rushed to the hospital and helped me direct my thoughts and breath, was updating my husband on what was happening and advocating for my birth plans to the medical team. I'm forever grateful for her serving heart and that she was apart of this redeeming pregnancy and birth for me. ♥?
