I would highly reccomend Chi to any expecting woman. This was my first time having a doula at my birth, and it was such a wonderful experience. Chi was a wonderful support to have at my birth. She really helped me get through some emotional struggles during the transition period of my labor. She was also very knowledgeable of acupressure points to aid in labor. I loved that she helped my husband hit these specific points to get me through my labor. She exudes a positive and compassionate spirit that is easy to connect with. She had great follow up with my post-partum care and continues to check in with me and make sure I have everything I need to feel supported now that I have 3 kids!
