Oh goodness, do we cherish Mabel! Her sweet soul came into our lives when our newborn arrived four weeks early and we simultaneously had an untimely family death. We hadn’t yet gotten around to setting ourselves up with postpartum support and Mabel built us into her schedule on very short notice. She helped us adjust to all parts of new parenthood and caring for a premie infant. Mabel was an amazing resource to us for so many topics- lactation, pumping, sleeping, postpartum recovery, infant soothing, nutrition, cloth diapering, sustainable baby products, safe sleeping practices, childcare and nanny tips etc etc. She was even watering our dead plants for us.We are so grateful for her confident and trustworthy presence. It put us at ease knowing we weren’t in this adjustment period alone and could have the support we need to physically and emotionally be great parents for our daughter.
