Thais worked for us as a postpartum night doula starting the night we were discharged from the hospital and for 40+ nights. Thais was professional, experienced, and extremely caring. I trusted her with every aspect of caring for my baby. She was punctual, reliable, and an excellent communicator. I appreciated that she visited our home before the baby was born to orient me to breastfeeding and other aspects of baby care, make sure I had the right supplies I needed, and gave me tips on everything such as the best diaper rash cream etc so I was completely prepared. I also greatly appreciated that she made every effort to be available the night we were released from the hospital as she knew this was important and boy was she right! I learned so much from having her with us from the outset - from the proper way to burp, swaddle, bathe, breastfeeding position, pumping and bottle feeding advice. Inumerable other little and big tips. There isn't an aspect of baby care that she didn't help me with. The breastfeeding support and advice was invaluable, and thankfully we had a very smooth journey with her support. And plus, we got a lot more sleep than we would have!!
