Jade was my doula at the birth of my first daughter and she was so awesome. Before my daughter was born, during my pregnancy and after the birth. She was always so kind and always had good advice for me being a first time mamma. During the labor she gave me my space and respected the fact that I wasn't the type that liked to be touched while "in the zone" labor mode which I loved- but she also recognized when I needed help or suggestions as far as positions or when to push.
