She will be involved/coach you through the whole journey. 1) prenatal - diet tips, exercises, stretches needed for labor, mental preparedness, education. 2) during birth - the most encouraging voice (wait till you hear her "you can do this, Mama"), has several coping strategies (the Tenz machine is so helpful), knows the most effective positions to get baby here! 3) Postpartum: she is your ROCK as you navigate breastfeeding, postpartum recovery, and acclimating to the responsibilities of motherhood. She has cleaned my house, coached me through lactation positions, and has given me a massage that rivals any professional one I have ever received! but MOST OF ALL: Melanie does all this with such a caring heart.
