Ale was an absolute blessing and I couldn't have made it through my birth without her constant reassurance and support. She was with me every single contraction from the beginning of active labor until my son was born 7 hours later. Her presence allowed my husband space to process everything that was happening and she knew exactly when to call him in to help emotionally support me. My labor was fast and I 100% attribute that to Ale's experience and knowledge of the cues my body was giving her to work with. She just knew what might work at any given moment. I would absolutely recommend anyone work with Ale and the other amazing doulas at Midwest Doulas for an amazing birth experience.
