Suzie and Sarah are some of the most incredible women I have ever met. From the moment I first talked on the phone with Sarah, I immediately felt calm. This was my first baby and I was feeling in the dark about everything. Sarah reassured me so many times that what I was feeling was normal and gave me permission to ask any questions right away. Upon meeting with both Sarah and Suzie, my husband and I felt like we took a breath of fresh air. We were looking for extra support during my labor not only for me, but my husband as well. He wanted to be able to help but wasn't sure how. It was such a blessing to know I had 2 doulas, I never feared whether or not I would be taken care of. When I first starting going into labor, Sarah was on call. I know her personally so it was special having her there in the beginning. When Sarah left, Suzie came to the hospital and was with us for close to 12 (Maybe even longer?) hours. I was sad that my mom couldn't be there due to Covid protocols at the time. But Suzie had the most nurturing energy. I felt so comfortable even though I was in the most vulnerable position I had ever been in. I truly don't know how I would have gotten through it without her. She captured our first moments with our son and I'm forever grateful to have those photos to look back on. Don't hesitate if you're looking into these two, they are worth every cent!
