In our prenatal meetings with Danielle she helped us create our birth plan, introduced us to Labour & Delivery (L&D) terminology, helped walk us through potential birth situations, and showed us spinning babies preparation exercises. While in L&D she was a calm presence when everything else felt chaotic for myself and my partner. Having an experienced doula by our side helped make the experience more manageable.
