I don't know what doula even promotes that because Lilly does not it's like an extra perk of having her as a doula She also offers free classes for moms pregnancy and postpartum, weekly walks and spend time in the park with her and her family for a mommy and me meet up donation if you choose to. She offers postpartum services that can be tailored specifically to what you need and she does a great job with that too.
