Leticia was amazing. As first time parents, we had been advised by many people to get a postpartum night doula, but didn't fully know what to expect. Leticia's help was invaluable, and was better than we possibly could have hoped for.
She was professional and great with our baby, which is the most important thing. We very quickly felt comfortable leaving our brand new baby in her care - she new exactly what to do in pretty much any circumstance that arose (often more than we did), but she never failed to consult with us and to ensure that we knew what was going on.
Beyond her skill and professionalism, her knowledge base was incredible. She was well-versed on various medical issues (she pointed out things for us to raise with our pediatrician that we wouldn't have thought were an issue). She also has detailed knowledge of various baby products and brands, and was able to advise us on tools or techniques we could use to address various issues. We ended up purchasing 3 items on her recommendation, all of which were really helpful.
