I started working with Polina during my second pregnancy. Since after the first birth there was a huge fear of the birth itself. We started working somewhere around the 28th week of pregnancy and at the first meeting we discussed all my fears and worries. With each session, I gained more and more knowledge about pregnancy itself, childbirth and postpartum recovery, and my fears receded with each meeting. I advise all my pregnant friends to take a course with Polina in order to understand exactly how to behave in contractions, pushing, after childbirth, in order to maintain their health and the health of the baby, as Polina tells how to help the baby not only in the mother’s tummy, but and after childbirth and gives knowledge about breastfeeding! I sincerely believe that I gave birth to a healthy daughter thanks to the knowledge that I received in the lessons with Polina, for which I am infinitely grateful to her!!!
