Amber is wonderful and was a crucial part of navigating pregnancy, birth and postpartum for our family. As first time parents, we had little knowledge of what to expect and the prenatal visits were key (as well as her availability via phone). Labor ended up going very differently than planned for us but Amber was there every step of the way to support, explain, advocate and advise. She was critical to both myself and my partner. Her support postpartum via phone was essential as well when we felt totally out of our league. We love and value her social justice orientation and, as a biracial/bicultural family, felt seen and supported. We highly recommend her to anyone seeking birth support!
