I cannot say enough wonderful things. Barbie worked with us first with our daughter born in May 2021 and when I found out I was pregnant again with our son, I knew I had to have her on our team again! For both pregnancies and births, Barbie has provided information, insight and so much reassurance. My two pregnancies and births were quite a bit different from each other, and Barbie met these differences respectively with the kindness and compassion that is so appreciated during the vulnerabilities of these times. She was engaging and helpful to my husband who had his own set of concerns and questions and she really fostered the feeling of being on a team… a team who would welcome into the world a sweet baby safely, considerately, and with open loving arms. For both of my children I had C-sections, and I cannot say enough how good to felt to be welcomed with open arms back into our room- with helpful suggestions, beautiful photos, an organized and welcoming atmosphere (with speak little lights hung up!). If you are expecting and looking for someone to patiently, kindly and lovingly open their arms to you, Barbie is your pick. While we are done having children and will not need her in THAT capacity, we look forward to keeping in touch with her and continuing to share our family with her as she is an integral part of our story.
