Kim was an amazing doula for the birth of my second son! We are so thankful that we had her, she made my second birth experience much more posititive then my first (who I didn't have a doula for). She was calm and reassuring throughout the whole birth process, from contractions at home to getting to the hospital at the right time, to when my son was born. Her knowledge and expertise reassured us through the whole process and helped me have a great 2nd birth experience! She communicated my birth plan clearly and helped me get what I needed and wanted at the hospital to ensure the safe arrival of my son. She also followed up with me regarding lactation questions afterwards. I highly Dec come downstairs her to anyone looking for a doula!
