Finding Cindi during this pregnancy felt like fate. I was searching for a doula on my own and also asking a trusted source for her doula recommendation and we both landed on Cindi. My husband and I were immediately impressed with Cindi's professional and organized approach. We both felt so comfortable with her as soon as we met her. This was our second pregnancy and with our first I had an unmedicated vaginal birth, but due to complications knew that I would likely be having a cesarean this time. Cindi helped my husband and I work through that and helped show us that this would still be a magical moment for us. We had so many unknowns about the process of a cesarean and she walked us through everything. I remember thinking it wouldn't be worth it to have a doula for a c-section, but I was so wrong and I am beyond thankful for the time Cindi spent with us before, during and after our daughter's birth. We were fortunate to be able to have both Cindi and my husband in the OR with us and she brought such a calming and light presence to the room. There are no words to thank Cindi for how much she helped us during a really scary time in our lives and we cannot recommend her enough as a doula!
