We absolutely adored Trina for our home birth. She was incredibly helpful during my pregnancy, giving me tips & tricks on what I should work on in my workouts to help with L&D & recovery, as well as answer whatever questions I had, and help me figure out a game plan for my home birth. I had given birth to one other son in a hospital, so her expertise & comfort was unmatched since she had gone through it herself several times, as well as many other mamas.
during my (LONG) early labor, she was in my ear all day checking in to see how I was, and was at my home before I knew it when I needed her. She was so good at being able to tell exactly what I needed, whebther it was a sliced apple or warm water down my back. She worked so well alongside my midwife & assistant, whom she hadn't ever met before.
In the days and weeks after our sweet boy was born, she checked in on us regularly and even brought us a meal after our meal train had finished, along with making sure we didn't need any help/advice concerning baby & breastfeeding.
HIGHLY recommend.
