We honestly couldn’t imagine going through the birthing process without help from a doula or a midwife.
Steph was such a huge help in giving us guidance throughout the pregnancy, but we are especially grateful for her support during labour. She offered intelligent and experienced wisdom to help the labor along. As well, she helped us through the transfer to hospital and navigating difficult decisions of interventions which went against our birth preferences.
We also did the hypnobirthing course with Steph which gave us so much in terms of resources, information and a vision as to what birth could be like.
