Rachel was our doula for the birth of our second son, Taz. I initially reached out to Rachel because I was really impressed with her thoughtful website and holistic approach. We both have a love for food, and one of the highlights of my pregnancy was spending an afternoon with Rachel, preparing postpartum meals and having meaningful conversations about life. She knew when to be involved and when to give space, and I'll always cherish the calm and beautiful atmosphere of that day.
