Despite doing tons of our own research beforehand, we still felt a little anxious about the whole birthing experience. Several weeks before delivery, we researched doulas and found Terri. She has an incredibly calming presence and helped us feel comfortable with everything that followed as we welcomed our first child in March 2023.
