I am so honored to have Maria as my doula and I'd recommend her to everyone! From the moment I met her, I felt safe and comforted. I was very nervous about delivering my first child and she was the calm and stable presence I needed. During our prenatal visits, she took time to listen and fully understand how she could best support me and my partner during labor. When the time came, she stayed by my side while I labored at home until 10 cm. I chose to have an unmedicated labor at a birthing center. She helped to remind me of my inner strength and to breathe through the intense contractions. I could not have done it without her guidance! I'm forever grateful that she was a part of my journey. She is a true gem!
